Hannah Koch
Bio & Education
Dr. Koch is an AP Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology. She completed her PhD in 2025 at UNCG under Dr. Jessica McNeil, where her research focused on the relationship between modifiable lifestyle factors (sleep, diet, and physical activity) with body weight. Prior to graduate school, Dr. Koch worked as a personal trainer and softball pitching coach in southern New England.
