Biography

Jay is an Associate Professor of Finance at UNC Greensboro. He obtained his PhD degree in Finance from University of Texas at Dallas and was a faculty member at City University of Hong Kong before joining UNCG in 2018. Jay’s research is in the areas of corporate finance, financial intermediation, product market, and climate finance. He has published in premier journals such as Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Journal of Banking and Finance. Jay teaches undergraduate Business Finance and Data Technologies in Finance. In his spare time, he enjoys spy novels, swimming, cooking, and travelling.
