I’m excited to serve as Youth Empowerment Specialist for NC Youth and Family Voices Amplified! I hold a B.S. in English, Secondary Education from Appalachian State University, am an Aries, and love reading and discussing books. I’m dedicated to creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and respected. Drawing on my lived experiences, I’m able to connect with people on a personal and professional level to create safe, welcoming spaces. I’ve spent the past 10 years supporting youth in finding their voice and building confidence. As a young person who wasn’t always heard, I’m committed to helping youth feel empowered and ensuring their voices are recognized.
