Bio & Education
Professor Fowler currently serves as the Physical Education Health Teacher Education (PEHTE) Concentration Program Coordinator. She also serves as the faculty adviser for the Physical Education Association (PEA) Student Majors Club and the Kinesiology Club. Professor Fowler has experience supervising teacher candidates both as a cooperating teacher during her tenure as an elementary physical education specialist and as the university coordinator at UNCG. Mutually as an public school teacher and a teacher educator, Professor Fowler strongly believes that teaching should be student-centered and incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to lead students to success.
