Responsibilities
As part of the Classification & Compensation Team, we oversee position classification, position management, and salary administration for SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty employees at UNCG. We provide comprehensive guidance regarding compliance, policy, processes, and initiatives, as well as liaison with the UNC System Office and the Office of State Human Resources (OSHR) on behalf of the University. Katie is currently assigned to the following divisions: ITS, Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, University Advancement, and University Communications.
