About Kisha

Kisha Carmichael Motley serves as an Educational Developer in the University Teaching and Learning Commons. She is an expert in Inclusive/Culturally-Responsive Pedagogy and a seasoned instructional designer. Kisha designs faculty programming to advance teaching and learning, develops resources for disseminating information regarding best practices, innovations, and the scholarship of teaching and learning, and works closely with faculty across campus to help them develop an understanding of inclusive and culturally responsive pedagogy. Kisha holds an undergraduate degree in History, a Project Management certification through UC Irvine, and completed the Instructional Designer Certificate program through the Online Learning Consortium.
