Biography
Originally from Kentucky, Kristin earned her undergraduate degree in History from Western Kentucky University, where she was a varsity women’s swimming team member. She earned her master’s in history with a joint degree from The College of Charleston and The Citadel. Kristin came to UNCG by way of the University of Memphis and College of Charleston where she advised student-athletes. Kristin comes to the CVPA after spending 15+ years in higher education working with all types of students. She resides in Greensboro with her daughter, Sloan and son, Cooper.
Areas of Responsibility
- Oversee advising and student success for the CVPA
- Work closely with freshmen and transfers to support positive and successful transition to UNCG
- Onboard new faculty advisors
- Participate on UNCG Advising Council as a CVPA representative
