Biography
Peter Gallagher is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro’s Bryan School of Business and Economics. His research examines how leaders manage teams strategically by shaping, deploying, and developing unit human capital resources. Working at the intersection of human resource management and organizational behavior, Professor Gallagher studies how leaders leverage team-based human capital to transform latent potential into sustained unit performance.
His research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, and Group & Organization Management. Professor Gallagher teaches courses in organizational behavior and human resource management.
