I am the Project Director for NC Healthy Transitions 2.0, where I bring a strong foundation in program evaluation and a deep commitment to supporting youth and young adults through systems change. I earned my Ph.D. in Educational Research Methodology with a concentration in Program Evaluation from UNC Greensboro in May 2025.

My work is guided by a strong interest in trauma-informed care, equity, and the well-being of those who serve vulnerable populations. My research has focused on compassion fatigue among helping professionals—a lens that continues to shape my approach to leadership and collaboration.

Before stepping into this role, I served as a graduate assistant with the NC Healthy Transitions project for three years, where I supported evaluation planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality improvement activities. I’m honored to continue with the project in this new capacity and excited to work alongside youth, families, providers, and partners to build systems that truly center the voices and needs of transition-aged youth.
