Learn About the Residence Halls
Both Cone and Reynolds are traditional style residence halls. Perfect for new, first-year students to make connections with other freshmen who are just embarking on their college career, traditional-style housing is also the most affordable of all of the housing options. The building layouts offer double-occupancy rooms located on both sides of a corridor with community bathrooms that serve the floor. It’s the best place to live to meet new friends.
Cone Residence Hall
Cone Residence Hall is home to the arts-based living-learning community, “Studio 91.” An exciting option for students who have an interest in art, dance, music, or theater.
Cone Hall offers a new wing of practice rooms for music and theater, a music composition computer lab, a drawing lounge, and a dance practice room with a sprung floor and mirrors. Students majoring in any of the College of Visual and Performing Arts programs or ANY first-year student interested in the arts may apply to Studio 91 via the new student housing application.

Reynolds Residence Hall
The Reynolds community is primarily based on respect – respect for community, respect for the building, and respect for others.
Reynolds Hall is a great place to connect with a community of your peers. The building has a large community room on the ground floor with space to study, watch TV, or socialize. Residents can play ping pong or pool, or use the full kitchen and laundry facilities, all on one floor. Reynolds Hall provides easy access to walking trails through the wooded areas of campus, as well as to College Avenue and Gray Drive.
