The trees are fully covered with leaves around the bridge of Peabody Park.

A Faculty and Staff Wellness Break will be hosted by PhD candidate Luke A. Vitagliano on Tuesday, November 1.

There are two opportunities to join in Peabody Prairie at 2:45-3:10 p.m. and from 3:15-3:40 p.m. Directions can be found here.

15 minutes of psycho-education and group discussion will be followed by a ten-minute nature-based guided meditation.

As little as ten minutes of mindfulness practice and nature-exposure is proven to reduce stress and improve wellness. As the owner of Seek Your Summit, LLC, Vitagliano brings mental health and wellness services to the outdoors!

Check the weather and temperature before attending. Dress comfortably. A few camp chairs will be available, which will be first come first serve. Bring anything that will make the experience comfortable (i.e., water, camp chairs, blankets).
