It is the Last Day of Class. As students and faculty prepare for a restful break, the Students First Office reminds instructors that the Starfish EARLY ALERT and CONNECT are still available to track students’ academic progress.

A penalty shootout defeated Stanford 3-1 and brought the Spartans closer than ever before to an NCAA Division I Championship. They go on to play No. 13 Indiana in the next round on Saturday, December 3.

New partnership accelerates innovative materials to protect soldiers

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Soldier Center announced a partnership with the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering (JSNN) to develop new nanoscale materials that can be woven into soldiers’ clothing and added to their gear.
