UNC Greensboro has some of the best online degree programs in the nation according to the U.S. News & World Report’s 2020 Best Online Programs rankings, released Tuesday, Jan. 14. 

UNCG’s online master’s programs in nursing, education, and business received top rankings in their respective categories. The University was also included in the “Best Online Bachelor’s Programs” list. 

School of Nursing

UNCG’s Master of Science in Nursing ranks No. 6 in “Best Online Master’s in Nursing Programs for Veterans,” No. 14 in “Best Online Master’s in Nursing Programs,” and No. 1 overall in the UNC System. UNCG offers an online MSN in Nursing Education and an online MSN in Nursing Administration. 

School of Education

The School of Education was recognized for its master’s programs in curriculum and instruction (No. 20), master’s programs in education for veterans (No. 27), and master’s programs in education (No. 89). Master’s programs in curriculum and instruction and master’s programs for veterans rank No. 2 in North Carolina. 

Bryan School of Business and Economics

UNCG’s online Master of Science in Information Technology and Management (MSITM) ranks No. 24 nationally and No. 2 in North Carolina. UNCG’s online master’s programs in business and the online MBA program were also recognized.
