That irreplaceable Homecoming magic was on campus last week for the first time since 2019, and students made it a celebration to remember.

The week was full of events for UNC Greensboro’s “future alumni” to participate in, such as a silent disco and a comedy show, all leading up to the weekend’s festivities.

Saturday kicked off with the Block Party, where students enjoyed live music, free food and giveaways, a photo booth, caricatures, and more.

The men’s soccer team defeated Mercer 3-0 in the Homecoming match as Spartans cheered from the stands.

Later that evening, it was time for one of UNCG’s most cherished traditions: the Homecoming Bonfire. Chancellor Gilliam and his son, Men’s Basketball Head Coach Mike Jones, and Homecoming Royal Court winners Faith Constaintine and Destiny Franklin did the honors.
