HHS, Kinesiology present guest speaker

The School of Health and Human Sciences and the Department of Kinesiology invite you to attend the “Perspectives on Character Development and Sport” panel with special guest Father Vlad of St. Mary’s University Twickenham and Drs. Michael Hemphill and Tom Martinek, Sr. from UNCG’s Department of Kinesiology. Father Vlad is a Czechoslovakian refugee to the UK who walked the equivalent of 83 half marathons to raise funds for the university and is committed to spreading awareness on the impact of sport on youth life skills development.
