Get ready for one of UNC Greensboro’s most exciting times of the year: Homecoming! This year, UNCG will host student-centered events, giving our “future alumni” a week-long celebration and a chance to experience the Homecoming magic they might have missed last year.

Students will be able to enjoy all the beloved UNCG homecoming classics: a Saturday night bonfire, food trucks, sports events, and more. 

So, mark your calendars, students – here’s the list of events for Homecoming 2021: 

  • Homecoming Kickoff: Monday, Sept. 27 at 2:00 p.m. at the Moran Commons Fountain
  • AUX Cord Wars: Tuesday, Sept. 28 at 7:00 p.m. at the EUC Auditorium
  • Food Truck Rodeo: Wednesday, Sept. 29 at 11:00 a.m. at the Minerva Statue
  • Homecoming Royal Court Competition: Wednesday, Sept. 29 at 7:00 p.m. at the EUC Auditorium 
  • Comedy Show: Thursday, Sept. 30 at 7:00 p.m. at the EUC Auditorium 
  • Women’s Volleyball vs. Samford: Friday, Oct. 1 at 6:00 p.m. at Fleming Gym 
  • Silent Disco: Friday, Oct. 1 at 6:00 p.m. at the Campus Rec Field
  • Women’s Soccer vs. VMI: Friday, Oct. 1 at 7:00 p.m. at the UNCG Soccer Stadium
  • Student Celebration: Saturday, Oct. 2 at 3:00 p.m. at Kaplan Commons 
  • Homecoming Band: Universal Crush: Saturday, Oct. 2 at 4:00 p.m. at Kaplan Commons
  • Women’s Volleyball vs. Mercer: Saturday, Oct. 2 at 5:00 p.m. at Fleming Gym
  • Homecoming Royal Coronation: Saturday, Oct. 2 at 5:30 p.m. at Kaplan Commons
  • Men’s Soccer vs. Mercer: Saturday, Oct. 2 at 7:00 p.m. at the UNCG Soccer Stadium
  • Homecoming Bonfire: Saturday, Oct. at 8:30 p.m. at Kaplan Commons
