UNCG students sit together in a lecture hall.

Now that UNCG has officially moved from Zoom to Microsoft Teams, please review your Starfish profile and update your office hours locations as needed. Faculty and staff can utilize the Add Office Hours Location Quick Guide for help with making the switch and adding additional options and instructions for students (e.g., Virtual/Teams, Office Location, Phone Appointment, etc.).

For the most seamless virtual appointment experience, we encourage you to add a Teams link to your meeting locations. Starfish will then send the link to students when they schedule a virtual appointment. For assistance with creating a Teams link, please see the Create a Microsoft Teams link for my Starfish Locations” Quick Guide.

It’s Time for the Starfish End of Term: 11th Week Academic Status Report

Image lists Spring 2024 Starfish data: 4,961 flags, 7,833 kudos, and 280 referrals.

Instructors are asked to complete the 11th-Week Academic Status Report (ASR), which opens on Tuesday, March 26. The ASR is a quick way to provide valuable feedback to students in your courses as we approach the end of the semester. Academic advisors and support staff use your feedback from the 11th-week ASR to offer support and engage in important end-of-term conversations with students.

Please review the 11th week timeline below:

  • March 26: Initial email to complete the report sent to undergraduate instructors
  • April 9: Reminder email to complete the report sent to undergraduate instructors
  • April 24: Report closes at 11:59 PM (EST)

Your ASR completion is greatly appreciated!
