Ahead of the new academic year, Advancement invites UNCG groups to submit a crowdfunding campaign through Spartans Give. Interested groups can schedule meetings now to learn how it works.
Spartan Catering wants to spice up the soccer watch parties. Its menu includes chicken wings, pretzel bites, popcorn in eight flavors, and Spartan cookies.

For anyone wanting a printed copy of the UNCG Magazine spring issue, Advancement placed them at two campus locations: beside the Jackson Library reference desk and the EUC information desk. PDF versions are available on the website.
The current app will be discontinued on June 14, and the replacement app will be available to download beginning June 1. The new app will continue to connect the UNCG community with police and well-being resources.
Alumni Engagement would like to help departments and units get the word out about their alumni-centric events during Homecoming Weekend on Oct. 2–3. Anyone interested can fill out their event promotion form.
Those interested in working with immigrant and refugee communities with the Center for New North Carolinians may apply for the next program year, which begins Sept. 8. AmeriCorps volunteers receive a living allowance and, upon successful completion of the program, an education award that can be used toward tuition and qualified student loans.
