UNCG faculty, staff, and students are invited to attend “Be Well. Stay Well.” on Wednesday, Sept. 9.
From Noon to 3 p.m., they can visit the EUC Cone Ballroom to check out tables, displays, and activities about the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. Students can connect with departments and divisions from all over campus. It’s a unique chance for them to learn about all the resources and programs that support their well-being at UNCG.

This event will also promote Spartans Thrive, with free giveaways, food, raffle prizes, and other fun ways to participate in the Spartan experience.
UNCG’s Be Well. Stay Well. initiative helps students explore different dimensions of wellness and how each contributes to their overall well-being in the classroom, at home, at work, with friends, and within their communities. It encourages them to proactively identify any areas where they may need support and connect with the appropriate campus resources.
Students who focus on their overall wellness generally perform better academically, and support from the whole UNCG community makes a meaningful difference.
After participating in this event early in the fall semester, they will be able to revisit any resource during their time at the UNCG and form a holistic wellness mindset.
All students, faculty, staff, and campus partners are encouraged to attend and help everyone be well and stay well at the G.
