Two people on treadmills.

This November, HealthyUNCG and the Department of Kinesiology are excited to offer employees a free personalized fitness opportunity.

From Nov. 16–23, between 8-11 a.m. and 2-3:30 p.m., UNCG employees and retirees can sign up for three in-person sessions at the Kaplan Center.

The program will begin with a one-on-one goals session during the week of Nov. 2. Individualized feedback, follow-up notes, and activities will be provided after the sessions.

No membership is required, and all fitness levels are welcome. Whether just getting started or looking to build on a current routine, this program is designed to support each person’s personal wellness goals in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Anyone interested can sign up for personal sessions here. For questions or more information, please contact Dr. Teah Rawlings at tcrawlings@uncg.edu. Employees — including retirees — can schedule one-on-one sessions at the Kaplan Center for the month of November.
