UNCG staff hold up a prize wheel for a coworker to spin.

UNCG is kicking off the Fall 2024 semester and celebrating the hard work of faculty and staff with the annual Welcome Back Campus Kickoff Luncheon for Faculty & Staff on August 13 from 11am–1:30pm at Moran Commons.

Like last year, UNCG is offering tabling opportunities on the lower level. This is a chance for faculty and staff to promote ticket sales, books, research participant recruiting, memberships, new programs, or just share what their departments and units are working on.

  1. If you would like to table, please add your name to this sign up list by end of day on Friday, August 2.
  2. Please share this opportunity with any of your department or unit colleagues that may be interested in participating.

Participants are asked to have their tables set up by 11 a.m. and to stay for the duration of the event, if possible. A table and chairs will be provided, but please bring a table covering and any other items (swag, brochures, interactive activities) that you’ll need to be successful. As this is a drop-in event, you may wish the reserve some swag (if applicable) to ensure you have enough for people coming during the second half of the event.

Tabling reservations are first come, first serve.

If you have any questions, please contact Libby Schinnow at laschinn@uncg.edu. A “Save the date” will be sent to all faculty and staff closer to the event.
