UNCG faculty and staff are invited to enjoy the traditional Welcome Back Luncheon on Aug. 11 with a complimentary lunch at Fountain View Dining Hall. The event also offers departments, divisions, and units an opportunity to share what they have planned for the semester.
From 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., departments may reserve display tables on the lower level of Moran Commons.
Tables give faculty and staff a chance to greet colleagues arriving for lunch and promote programs, activities and services. The space is ideal for event promotion, giveaways, ticket sales, participant recruitment, membership sign-ups, and more.

Event organizers will provide tables and chairs. Departments and units are responsible for setting up, managing, and breaking down all their display materials. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.
Save-the-date and reminder emails will be sent to all faculty and staff closer to the event.
