Are esports in your plans for college? They can be at UNC Greensboro’s Bryan School of Business and Economics. With online and on campus options, Esports Management provides students with a strong foundation in the functional areas of business with additional coursework that dives into the dynamic business of competitive gaming. This program is housed within the Department of Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality, and Tourism’s Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Program Distinctions

The Bryan School holds dual accreditation in business and accounting from AACSB – a distinction held by only 1% of business schools in the world.

The Student Experience

  • There are a variety of student clubs available at the Bryan School, such as Alpha Kappa Psi, Beta Gamma Sigma, National Millennial Community, North Carolina Sales Institute, Spartan Investment Club, and THREADS. 
  • Events such as Company Spotlights introduce students to the local business community and provide an overview of available internship and employment prospects.
  • UNC Greensboro’s campus features a state-of-the-art, on-campus esports facility in the heart of Moran Commons that supports competitions, recreational game play, research and academic activities, and other events. 

After Graduation

Esports Management is designed to prepare students for careers in esports administration and management with a focus on esports operations, such as event management and marketing, destination management, and strategic planning.
