Nutrition department offers cooking series

The four-week cooking class on how to make healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks is open to UNCG employees and the public. Each of the four classes cost $17 and begin March 15.

Associate Professor of Nutrition Dr. Lenka Shriver will give the keynote address at the March 17 event. The third annual research forum is for faculty, staff, and students and highlights their scholarly work around female health and wellness.

Teach mindfulness to emerging adults

The College of Arts & Sciences faculty team has received a grant to train several faculty and staff in Koru Mindfulness this spring. Training will take place over three full days – March 23-25. Find out how to get involved.
