Faculty and staff are invited to nominate outstanding juniors and seniors for the Golden Chain Honor Society. Nominees should possess a GPA of 3.25 or higher and the Society’s seven qualities of leadership, scholarship, service, judgment, tolerance, magnanimity, and character.
The judge was the first African-American woman elected to the district court for Guilford County. The Special Collections and University Archives will have materials related to her achievements on display during an event at Oden Brewing Company on February 23.
