ISM 110 or equivalent,
ISM 116
ISM 210

Plus any two of the following:

ISM 218
ISM 280
ISM 324
SCM 304

How long will it take?

Not long if you have completed ISM 110 and ISM 280.
Just add three more classes and make yourself more marketable.
