UNC Greensboro has been recognized as one of the top universities in the nation for affordable online education.

UNCG was ranked No. 24 out of 50 colleges from across the nation in Online Schools Report’s Most Affordable Online Colleges. UNCG was one of just four colleges in North Carolina and within the UNC System to make the list.

Online Schools Report recognized UNCG for its outstanding professors and emphasis on preparing students for tangible, professional success. UNCG has 30 online programs, including nine undergraduate degrees and 21 graduate degrees

Online Schools Report synthesizes data from the National Center for Education Statistics, the Bureau of Labor Statics, Payscale, and the College Scorecard. Colleges are scored based on their commitment to online education, admission rates, student satisfaction, alumni debt, and specialty in the program in question.
