Box Office Hours of Operation and Address
- Regular Operating Hours and Locations
- Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 5:00pm
- There are two locations of the University Box Office that are open daily - one in the Elliott University Center (on the 1st floor near the grand stairwell) and the other in the School of Music.
- Event Operating Hours and Locations
- The Box Office is open during the beginning of events, as well. For all departmental performances (Dance, Music, Theatre & UCLS) the Box Office for 1½ hours, opening one hour before the event begins. Box Office times for Student Organization sponsored events vary depending on the event.
- During events the Box Office will be open ONLY at the specific event venue.
Box Office Policies & Procedures
- There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the University Box Office.
- Methods of Payment: Cash, Check, or MasterCard/Visa
- Single tickets must be paid for in full when a reservation is made. Tickets are not held without payment.
- Group discounts (10 or more tickets) are available for UNCG Theatre events and University Concert & Lecture Series events. For more information please call our group sales office at (336) 334-4392.
- All students, faculty and staff must present their ID when purchasing discounted tickets. There are no exceptions to this policy. Typically, there is a limit of two tickets per UNCG ID.
- Students purchasing discounted tickets cannot have them mailed out. They must present a valid student ID before tickets can be picked up.
- All tickets sold by the University Box Office, except UNCG student tickets, include a $1 per ticket surcharge.
Will Call
Will Call is the office at which patrons can pick up their tickets prior to the beginning of performances. When patrons place orders over the phone and do not request that their tickets be mailed, the tickets are placed in Will Call. During normal operating hours, Will Call tickets can be picked up in the Elliott University Center location of the Box Office. On the night of the show, Will Call tickets can be picked up at the specific event venue's Box Office location.
