Background:

Retired Navy Commander Porter Halyburton, whose inspiring story of war and friendship was told in the book "Two Souls Indivisible" will give this years HHS Lawther lecture. Captured by North Vietnamese after ejecting from his plane, Commander Halyburton spent over seven years as a prisoner of war. In his talk he speaks about his experiences at the infamous Hanoi Hilton and other prison camps.
