- Language Requirements (6 s.h.)
One year beyond the Intermediate level of a modern foreign language: Russian
in the case of Russian Studies; Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese in the
case of European Studies; Spanish, French, or Portuguese in the case of Latin
American and Caribbean Studies (LACS); Chinese or Japanese in the case of Asian
Studies. Other languages subject to permission of the Director.

- Additional courses (6 s.h.), with at least 3 s.h. at the 300 level or above
to be selected from the same categories listed above under IV Major Requirements
